Lighting at the Mannum Oval Complex and Showground is set for a long-awaited upgrade that will unlock a host of new opportunities for the town’s sporting clubs and community groups.

The Mannum Oval Complex and Showground is owned by Mid Murray Council and used by various sporting and community organisations, including the Mannum Football Club which has been fundraising for the project.

The Club and Council secured an SANFL grant towards the project, but still required significant funding to meet the replacement cost. South Australian based energy infrastructure company Epic Energy will provide the majority of funding required to replace the light towers at the oval, which have fallen into disrepair and limited the oval’s use in recent years.

This investment will benefit many current and future generations of Mannum residents for generations to come.
