Council is considering granting further 21 year plus 21 year Lease Agreements to SA Fire and Emergency Services Commission (SAFECOM) for the following locations:

• Cambrai CFS – 4 Black Hill Road, Cambrai
  Certificate of Title, Volume 5709 Folio 145 (portion)
• Keyneton CFS – Keyneton Road, Keyneton
  Certificate of Title, Volume 5490 Folio 766
• Morgan CFS – 7 Third Street, Morgan
  Certificate of Title, Volume 5654 Folio 95 (portion)
• Sedan CFS – lot 38 Angaston-Swan Reach Road, Sedan
  Certificate of Title, Volume 5782 Folio 356
• Truro CFS – 15 Cemetery Road, Truro
  Certificate of Title, Volume 5433 Folio 941 (portion)

and a 10 year plus 10 year Licence Agreement over:

• Mannum CFS - Walker Avenue, Mannum
  Crown Record, Volume 5757 Folio 391 (portion)

Note: The most significant change to SAFECOM’s current lease agreements is to Clause 4.3 Right of First Refusal to purchase freehold. Current Lease Agreements for reference can be found in the Document Library.
