Mid Murray Council is currently undertaking a comprehensive review of its land and buildings. As part of this process, at its 16 September and 21 October 2025 meetings, Council identified 11 properties that may no longer be required to meet the needs of both the Council and the wider community.
Council is seeking feedback from the community regarding the below listed properties currently being considered for potential divestment:

- Cnr Adams & Godley Streets, Blanchetown - CT 5787/877
- Cnr Cliff & McLaren Street, Mannum - CT 5456/547
- Lot 33 River Lane, Mannum - CT 5774/276
- Lot 51 Long Gully Road, Mannum - CT 5384/574
- Lot 858 Angas Valley Road, Sanderston – CT 5803/893
- Lot 15 Johns Road, Nildottie – CT 5794/181
