At its 16 December 2025 meeting, Council approved for public consultation, a revised Community Land Management Plan over Council owned land located Lot 6 Apold Road, Murbko. The land is currently under Lease.
The current Community Land Management Plan (CLMP), which has been in place since 2007, requires revision and updating to ensure it complies with current legislative requirements and adequately addresses the needs and expectations of the community.
Written submissions are invited on the Revised Community Land Management Plan - Lot 6 Apold Road, Murbko and can be received through the following means:

- Letter addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Mid Murray Council, PO Box 28, Mannum SA 5238; or

Submissions will be received until 5pm Friday 30 January 2026
