Mid Murray Council wants to hear from you!
At its 18 November 2025 meeting, Council resolved, that in accordance with Section 194 of the Local Government Act 1999 and Council’s Public Consultation Policy, the public be consulted over a proposal to remove the Community Land classification of land located:

- Lot 166 Schmidt Lane, Bowhill CT Volume 5903 Folio 51

Council is considering the revocation of the community land classification of the land for the purposes of potentially making the land available for disposal in accordance with Council’s Disposal of Land & Assets Policy.

How to provide feedback:
Written submissions are invited on the Revocation of Land from Community Land Classification and can be received through the following means:
- Mid Murray Your Say feedback form;
- Letter - Mid Murray Council, PO Box 28, Mannum SA 5238; or
- Email - postbox@mid-murray.sa.gov.au.
Submissions will be received until 5pm Tuesday 23 December 2025.
Persons making a submission should indicate whether they wish to address Council by way of a deputation.
What happens next
Following the public consultation period, a further report will be submitted to Council to enable it to consider the submissions received.
